Internship Overview

Build a strong foundation in business operations while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of an international manufacturing company. During your internship, you'll learn the core commercial functions of the business, including purchasing, pricing, contract negotiations, sales, marketing, human resources, and accounting. You'll gain practical experience while developing the skills needed for a successful career in business.

Your internship combines practical training at our headquarters in Bargteheide with classroom-based instruction at Berufsschule Bad Oldesloe.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will have:

• A secondary school diploma or A-level equivalent with strong grades in core subjects
• An interest in business and economic topics
• Strong communication skills and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
• English language skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to make a meaningful contribution as part of a team
