Motor and Variable Frequency Drive Integration with NORDAC ON

NORDAC FUSION is the compact solution for dynamic applications. It combines the decentralized NORDAC ON/ON+ variable frequency drive with either an IE3 asynchronous motor or an IE5+ permanent magnet synchronous motor. The drive electronics and motor work together as a coordinated unit with system power ratings up to 3.7 kW.

The result is a space-saving, fully pluggable drive system for wall or motor mounting that reduces installation effort while supporting high performance. Whether used with an asynchronous motor for standard conveyor applications or a permanent magnet synchronous motor with encoderless control for energy-efficient operation, NORDAC FUSION provides flexible configuration options.

NORDAC FUSION is based on a clearly structured system approach: decentralized variable frequency drives from the NORDAC ON series combined with high-performance IE3 or IE5+ motors. Each combination is matched and available as a complete system solution.

Designed for Demanding Environments
NORDAC FUSION operates at temperatures down to -30 °C and is available in protection classes IP55, IP66, and optional IP69.

NORDAC FUSION with NORDAC ON PURE and NXD tupH®

For demanding environments, NORDAC FUSION is available with NORDAC ON

PURE. The NXD tupH® finish protects aluminum housings in wash-down applications. A specialized process creates a hard, non-porous, corrosion-resistant surface that withstands acids and alkalis.
