Update myNORD: Advanced functions and easy ordering

This year, NORD accomplished the comprehensive relaunch of the central myNORD customer portal. The digital self-service solution focuses on an efficient and transparent product selection and procurement process. On the way to an innovative and interactive e-commerce platform, the drive experts added further features to the online tool.

The launch of the new myNORD product configurator and of the product search implemented advanced functions, a modern design and the possibility to order NORD drive solutions online. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Italy and France as well as international sales and service partners in numerous countries have already gone live. Customers from Germany can also look forward to an extra service – myNORD can now be used to view the estimated delivery time of ordered products ex works.

How does myNORD work?

Users can configure drive systems or components to meet their needs. All configuration steps are carried out clearly on one page. Search parameters such as speed, torque or power facilitate the selection. The possibility to download CAD files is beneficial to an efficient design process, as are the spare part identification and the online ordering functions in the shop.
